At the time of writing, I’ve had:
Over 15 years of martial art training.
8 years of that is grappling with a bunch of submissions.
6 years of that is hitting with my fist and stuff.
4 years of that is self-defense tactics and stuff.
2 years of that is throwing people on the ground.
I also have:
3 knee injuries, 2 surgeries and 2 years of recovery.
3 years worth of conditioning, strength training and gym stuff.
I am neither certified in area of my deadly skillsets nor do I claim to be an authority figure in those areas as well. I’m just sharing my experienced .02 cents.
